Whataburger
Greensboro’s First Whataburger
Whataburger is located at 4409 W. Wendover Ave. right beside the ABC store. This is the first location that this chain has placed here in Greensboro. There will be a second one opening near the mall pretty soon. I typically do not review chains, but there were lots of request to review this place and I was also very curious. I stopped in for lunch on a Monday and decided to eat inside.

Entrance
I waited in line for about seven or eight minutes and then placed my order. I decided to get the bacon cheese, Whataburger with no pickle, no tomatoes and a side of fries and added a side of onion rings with the creamy pepper sauce.

Receipt
I would say that a combo with an additional side coming up to $15.88 is a little bit expensive considering that now McDonald’s has a big Mac combo for $8.00. However, I would say that the quality of this food is better than McDonald’s and the service is much better as well.

Tray of food
The fries were plain, but crispy could definitely use some seasoning or ketchup. The onion wings I wish they would have fried harder. The burger was very big and wide, and it came with lettuce, onions, bacon, cheese, and mustard. Personally, I like ketchup and mayonnaise on my burgers or if I’m doing mustard I need mustard with ketchup or mustard and mayonnaise not only mustard that is just my personal preference. The pepper sauce was awesome. It had a nice kick to it and it tasted like a kind of spicy burger sauce almost. The spicy ketchup was just OK. I like playing ketchup more to be honest; imagine mixing ketchup with Tabasco that’s what the spicy ketchup tasted like to me.

Burger, face comparison
As you can see, the burger is pretty big. I showed you a picture here with my face for comparison. LOL
I will definitely be back for more once the lines die down! Yum!
