The Sage Mule is located at 608 Battleground Ave in downtown Greensboro. I was greeted by exceptionally friendly staff as I walked into the beautiful restaurant. They are always very busy so I recommend coming early to get in. The patio is a very popular place to sit especially with the weather getting nicer.

I sat at a table and reviewed the menu options. It was recommended that I try the frittata and maple bacon cinnamon roll. I also got an iced macchiato to drink.

The frittata was delicious with crispy edges and the chimichurri sauce added a nice, bright touch to the flavor. The cinnamon roll was made fresh in house with warm icing spread on top. It was huge and rich so I took most of it home. I really appreciate being invited out and having a wonderful welcoming experience! YUMMY YUMMY!
