Thai Square is located at 3361 Battleground Ave. right beside Sprouts. I stopped in for lunch and decided to get an appetizer and an entrée.

I sat at table and ordered the Crispy Rolls and the Garlic Chicken which I asked to be Thai hot, which is three stars at this location. Before my appetizer Andre came out I was given complementary egg drop soup. The soup was nice and thick similar to the consistency of an egg.

Then the Crispy Rolls came out in a martini glass with the sauce in the bottom. The sauce was like a sweet and sour. The rolls were veggie so just mostly cabbage.

They were definitely super crunchy and freshly fried. Next my Thai hot garlic chicken came out.

I specifically asked for this there should be Thai hot and it was not hot at all. I took a few bites just to make sure but it never gave me any spice at all. I mentioned it to the waitress. I said I asked for this to be Thai hot and it’s not hot at all so she brought out a plate of a few spices. I had to add the spice into the dish myself and mix it around (see above). Once I add the spices in myself, it did have a decent kick to it. Outside of it not being spicy I could see it was freshly prepared, but I look for spice when I come to somewhere that is a Thai place. My total bill was $17.08 so that’s pretty affordable but I could have had some spice.
