During my last feedback email I asked which cuisine out of the 5 I had listed you wanted me to review and Indian cuisine won. So I went out to Taaza Bistro to get some flavorful Indian food. Taaza Bistro is located at 1216 Bridford Parkway in the same shopping center as Sweet Frog and Gamestop.
I sat at a booth and looked over the menu while Indian music videos played on the bar tv.
Seating Area
I decided to get the Samosa Chaat, Lamb Vindaloo (medium spicy) and Garlic Naan. The Samosa Chaat came out fairly quick and was much bigger than expected. There were lots of cripsy chickpeas, green lentils, a lovely smooth yogurt sauce. Fresh diced onions and tomatoes were sprinkled about as well. This was my first time trying this dish and I was happy with it.

I ate about 1/3 of it and then my entree came out. I ordered it medium spicy which to me is not super spicy but has enough kick to remain enjoyable. If you are a person who cannot do spice I would ask for mild or tell them no spice to be safe. There were nice sized chunks of lamb and potato throughout. The rice was steamed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here and there was plenty left to take home; everything pictured came up to $30. I will be back again!
