Pho Hien Vuong is located at 4109 Spring Garden St across from Right Fit Storage. They have been around since 1996 and their popularity shows with how absolutely slammed busy it gets. The parking lot is always full and so is the secondary lot. Luckily the service is pretty quick and they are able to get people in and out in a timely fashion. Since its starting to get cold again I stopped by for a nice hot bowl of Beef Pho.

I waited about 5 minutes for a table to become available and looked over the menu. I ended up ordering Fried Shrimp Rolls, Thai Basil Wings and a large bowl of Beef Pho - this is enough food for a few meals. The fried items are made fresh to order and it shows, my wings were perfectly crispy and the shrimp rolls were too.

The shrimp rolls have shrimp in every single bite and are neatly assembled; always a good choice to start any meal.

The wings came out the same time as the shrimp rolls.

The wings have a sticky honey consistency on the outside and the basil makes the flavor more rounded into a fresh finish. They are fried crispy, which is my favorite, and no dipping sauces are needed for them. I personally think this is their best item honestly.

Next the Pho came out.

The large bowl of pho came out piping hot and is pretty much like most standard Pho. The one advantage they have here is the chili oil is on the table so I can put as much as I want without having to constantly ask for more.

I happened to run into an old friend here who covered my bill (YAY) - which was about $33- and in my mind that’s not a bad price for 3-4 meals worth of food. I recommend this place to others but make sure you are ready to be in a crowd of people and possibly wait for table.
